The Blue Zone

The time of night when it is calm and peaceful, after all the last calls, when the cabs have made their last  drop, about an hour before dawn.  Charlie called it the Blue Zone while looking across the street at Harold's office from the diner.

Ken did not have much to say that morning....except  that being  in the Blue Zone  can be very surreal.
